Amy Olivares

Amy Olivares is a graduate of UCLA, who started her real estate career working for the Grubb and Ellis in the mid 80’s. During her 6 year run with Grubb & Ellis’s Los Angeles office, Amy specialized in office leasing and land sales, consummating over 500,000 square feet in transactions.

In 1991, Amy relocated to Chicago and joined The John Buck Company, one of the city’s largest commercial property owner, as a leasing executive. Among the many properties Amy represented were 676 St. Clair, a 600,000 square foot premiere property owned by Teacher’s Insurance.

While in Chicago, Amy also joined the City of Bucktown’s planning committee. During her 3-year term, Bucktown was widely considered the hottest residential area in Chicago’s hip Westside. In her role on the committee, Amy was responsible for plan approval of all new residential projects.

When she returned to Manhattan Beach in 1996, Amy joined PM Realty, where she represented a million square feet of office space along the Century Blvd. corridor.

Amy is excited to join The Hobin Company as a sales agent, where she can capitalize on her experience and relationships in the South Bay. Amy continues to reside in Manhattan Beach with husband and 3 daughters. She enjoys tennis and running, and is a member of National Charity League.
