About Lynn

Lynn Range

Lynn graduated from UCLA in 1981 with a degree in Economics and was recruited to be an Account Executive for CosmairLoreal Inc., responsible for sales growth and management with the I. Magnin, Nordstrom, and J.W. Robinson LA area accounts.

Deciding to follow her passion for design and the arts, Lynn began working for a prominent Los Angeles gallery in 1987 and 2 years later founded Conrad & associates, a successful corporate art consulting firm which for 15 years handled clients such as, Merrill Lynch (Western US), Oppenheimer, Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles and Kaiser Permanente.

After taking a hiatus to raise her 2 teenaged boys, Lynn founded Design Art Concepts – a residential design company, specializing in staging new home construction in the South Bay.
Having been a resident of Manhattan Beach since 1991 with her husband Greg, Lynn is excited and proud to be joining The Hobin Company as they continue to grow throughout the Southbay and Palm Desert.
