Molly was born in Los Angeles and raised in Stockton, California. She passed the State of California real estate exam at the age of 17 and was licensed on her 18th Birthday. Molly worked part time during high school and college at the Hobin Company which was founded by her Great Grandfather in 1925. Upon graduating from UCLA, she started a successful career in Commercial Real Estate and worked for Grubb & Ellis and then Arden Realty, Inc. Now 25 years later, Molly is re-launching the Hobin Company with her mother and will be focusing on Residential and Commercial real estate in Manhattan Beach and Palm Desert. She also is the founder and CEO of  www.Justaskmolly.com a  referral service for friends and family and clients and prospective clients of the Hobin Company. Molly is an avid skier and golfer and is involved in many charitable and industry related organizations.
