Meet April

As the daughter of a residential agent and wife of a former commercial real estate broker, it’s no surprise that April’s
career path now includes residential real estate. April is a true “Californian” at heart. Born in the Palisades, raised in
Laguna Niguel and a UCSanta Barbara grad, April has called Manhattan Beach home since 2010 (excluding an
“Adventure Year” in Boulder, CO in 2021).

April’s intriguing career path provides her with a proven edge that helps clients achieve their goals. She has a 25-
year track record as a sales and marketing executive in diverse industries, including jury selection consulting and
emerging digital media technologies. She realized early on that effective communication and gaining people’s trust
are vital to transactional success. April’s client-centered philosophy and her genuine, outgoing personality help
build relationships quickly. She values being a key contributor to fast-paced, goal-oriented teams and is proud of her
history of converting client stress into client success.

When not busy working or raising her boy/girl twins, April can be found walking Rica (her Bernadoodle and “3 rd
child”) on the Strand, volunteering at MBMS and the Life Rolls On Foundation, playing beach volleyball,
skiing/snowboarding in Mammoth, and — when time permits — traveling the world.
