Get to Know Me
Charlotte Hobin is a 5th generation member of The Hobin Company and represents the next chapter in a legacy of trusted Southern California real estate professionals. A proud Pacific Palisades native, Charlotte has always had a strong interest in residential real estate and has grown up immersed in the industry—learning firsthand from her aunt, Molly Hobin Williams.
Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at SMU in Dallas, TX, Charlotte brings a thoughtful, people-first perspective to every aspect of her work. She is also in the process of earning her California real estate license and plans to join the team full-time after graduation.
As a summer intern, Charlotte is contributing to both the operational and marketing sides of the business. She is helping refine internal processes, streamline client-facing systems, and enhance our digital presence—most notably through her work revamping the JustAskMolly website and Instagram to expand reach and strengthen community engagement across Manhattan Beach and the greater South Bay.
Charlotte’s blend of enthusiasm, legacy knowledge, and forward-thinking ideas make her a valuable addition to the team. We’re excited to have her on board and look forward to all she’ll bring to The Hobin Company in the years to come.
