Meet Debbie

Debbie Egerland brings more than 15 years of marketing and leadership experience to her new career in real estate. Before joining The Hobin Company, she held senior roles in healthcare marketing and public relations, where she led large teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and spearheaded strategic communications and community initiatives. She later co-founded and grew a national junior golf camp business in partnership with the PGA of America, expanding the program from 600 to more than 15,000 annual participants.

Now based in Palm Desert during the season and Sacramento in the summer months, Debbie is excited to bring with her a strong commitment to listening, connecting, and truly understanding what people need. While new to the real estate industry, she has always loved working with people and takes pride in building genuine relationships based on trust and care.
Deeply passionate about her community, Debbie believes that finding the right home is about more than just property—it’s about helping people build a life they love. Her goal is to make the buying or selling experience as smooth, positive, and fulfilling as possible for every client she works with.
