Born in Athens, Georgia and raised around the world as the daughter of a U.S. Foreign Service diplomat, Jillian spent her formative years living in places like Tanzania, Niger, Panama, Spain, Washington D.C., and Mexico. This multicultural upbringing shaped her into a natural connector—someone who understands people, adapts quickly, and thrives in dynamic environments.

Before real estate, Jillian built her career in luxury and boutique hotel brands, where she worked with elite properties like the Ritz-Carlton, Marriott Marquis, The Hoxton, and Le Meridien. She studied Hospitality and Tourism Management at Virginia Tech, graduating magna cum laude from the Honors College with a degree in Business and minors in Spanish and Marketing. Her training in service excellence and attention to aesthetic detail continues to shape her approach to every client relationship.
