He is adept at managing the successful execution of real estate development projects including luxury hotel, residential, mixed-use construction, commercial, industrial and interior build-outs. Contractor/Consultant selection and management

Leading Design Development team consisting of architect, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, environmental and coastal engineers, interior designer and landscape architect

Conduct pre construction meetings to expose coordination issues and to develop value engineering propositions

Select interior finishes: appliance packages, plumbing fixtures, kitchen cabinetry, stone and tile work, signage and all public space finishes including FF&E
